    • Introduction
    •  Our solution for Wood Pellets production, based on the following initial requirements:
             - Particle Size : < 5mm
             - Moisture Content : 15%--20%
             - Suitable Raw Material : Softwood, Hardwood, Mixed Wood.
       Typical process flow – conversion of wood logs into wood pellets:
            A) Splitting → B) Chipping → C) Milling → D) Drying → E) Pelletizing → F) Cooling → G) Bagging 

       The above process flow involves the following main machines:
            A) Wood Splitter : Spilt wood logs into 2 or 4 pieces.
            B) Drum Chipper : Shred wood materials into chip size.
            C) Hammer Mill : Mill wood chips into particle size.
            D) Rotary Dryer : Reduce the moisture of wood sawdust.
            E) Ring Die Pellet Mill : Make 6-8mm wood pellets.
            F) Cooler : Cool down hot wood pellets, not higher than room temperature 3-5 ℃.
            G) Bagging Machine : Pack finished pellets into bags.

       The complete wood pellet plant involves the following auxiliary machines:
            A) Belt & Screw Conveyor : Transport materials and connect different machines.
            B) Bucket Elevator : Lift materials to next process and save space for the plant.

                your different needs.
