    • Introduction
    •  Our solution for Palm Pellets production, based on the following initial requirements:
            - Particle Size : < 5mm
            - Moisture Content : 15%--20%
            - Suitable Raw Material : Palm EFB, Palm Trunks, other Palm Waste, etc.

       Typical process flow – conversion of palm EFB into pellets:             
            A) Chipping → B) Drying → C) Shearing → D) Pelletizing → E) Cooling → F) Bagging 
       The above process flow involves the following main machines:
            A) Drum Chipper : Chip palm EFB into smaller size.
            B) Rotary Dryer : Reduce the moisture of palm chips.
            C) Palm Fiber Shearing Machine : Shear dry palm fibers into particle size.
            D) Ring Die Pellet Mill : Make 6-8mm pellets.
            E) Cooler : Cool down hot pellets not higher than room temperature 3-5℃.
            F) Bagging Machine : Pack finished pellets into bags.
       The complete palm pellet plant involves the following auxiliary machines:
            A) Belt & Screw Conveyor : Transport materials and connect different machines.
            B) Bucket Elevator : Lift materials to next process and save space for the plant.

                your different needs.
