    • Introduction
    •   Our solution for Cotton Straw Pellets production, based on the following initial requirements:
            - Particle Size : < 5mm
            - Moisture Content :15%--20%
            - Suitable Raw Material : Cotton Straw, Cotton Seeds Shell and other Residue

        Typical process flow – conversion of cotton straw into pellets:              
            A) Chipping → B) Milling → C) Pelletizing → D) Cooling → E) Bagging 

        The above process flow involves the following main machines:
            A) Drum Chipper : chip cotton straw into smaller pieces firstly.
            B) Water-drop Type Hammer Mill : mill cotton straw pieces into particle size.
            C) Ring Die Pellet Mill : make 6-8mm pellets.
            D) Cooler : cool down hot pellets not higher than room temperature 3-5℃. 
            E) Bagging Machine : pack finished pellets into bags.

        The complete cotton straw pellet plant involves the following auxiliary machines:
            A) Belt & Screw Conveyor Transport materials and connect different machines.
            B) Bucket Elevator : Lift materials to next process and save space for the plant.
